What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email address and project description through the contact form or by email, and any questions you type into the Ask AI chat. Contact-form messages are stored in our website database together with your IP address (to fight spam) and delivered to our inbox by the email service Resend. Messages our spam filter flags are deleted after 30 days. We do not run advertising trackers.

Analytics & cookies

We count visits with Independent Analytics, which runs on our own server, sets no cookies and does not store personal data or full IP addresses. Only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner do we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors find us. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link on this site.

Ask AI assistant

Questions you type into the Ask AI chat are sent to an AI language model (Claude, made by Anthropic, reached through our API provider) to generate the answer. We save chat conversations, without IP addresses, to improve the assistant, and delete them automatically after 90 days (or sooner on request). To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for at most 24 hours. Please don’t enter confidential or personal information in the chat.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, scope your project and, if we work together, to run the project inside our client portal. We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond the tools needed to operate the studio.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as required by contract and law.
